I did not design this site. I do assist them with site maintenance and recently implemented a drop down menu system form them that conforms to standards for accessibility and is fully functional with only the keyboard. No mouse management required.
This site employs server-side includes.
For sites that require regular updates, a flat fee can be negotiated to help the client properly plan for and manage maintenance costs.
